The nerve and brain of our RMC plants is the quality control lab equipped with sophisticated instruments and manned by trained and widely experienced personnel.
The quality is monitored at every stage, right from receipt of raw material to dispatch and placing of concrete, which ensures that consistent quality reaches the customer.
The following tests are conducted for quality assurance:
Cement: Water consistency, IST/FST, Compressive strength and Chemical analysis.
Fine Aggregates: Sieve analysis, silt test, specific density. Moisture absorption test and chemical analysis.
Coarse Aggregates: Sieve analysis, crushing value, abrasion value, specific gravity/density and chemical analysis. Water: chemical analysis. Concrete: Workability, compressive strength.
The Company’s production facilities in different locations are supplemented with a state-of-the-art central laboratory for testing of concrete and its ingredients. All central laboratories are fully equipped with latest testing equipment conforming to the requirements of relevant codes of the Bureau of Indian Standards. The routine tests done in the laboratories include the following: Aggregate gradation (once in a week), Moisture content (at least twice in a day), Silt content Plastic Density Compressive strength of concrete: at 7 and 28 days (56/90 - day testing optional, depending on customer requirement).
We seek excellence and quality service through customer-centricity, sustainability and innovative technology to develop more flexible and ecological operations.
